Many people love cheesecake. It is now a trend that you don't bake a cheesecake. It is easy and convenient specially when you have a visitor that will arrive the same day. It is also perfect in any occasion. Your whole family specially the kids will love this no bake cheesecake. It will be easy for your kids to learn the no bake cheesecake recipe.

Here are the ingredients for no bake cheesecake.

3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
3 tablespoon of butter (melted)
1/2 cup of brown sugar

For the filling:
1/2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin
1 pack (8 oz) of softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of lemon peel (grated)
2 cups of whipped cream
2 cups of fruits (blueberry or strawberry or anything that you like)
3 tablespoon water


Combine the crushed grahams, melted butter and brown sugar. Pressed in a pan, and put it in a fridge for 1 hour.

While waiting for it, let's do the filling.

Beat the cream cheese in the electric mixer.

While mixing, add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon peel and whipped cream.

Melt the unflavored gelatin in the water and add it to the cream cheese mixture. Blend well.

Add 2 tablespoon of fruit jam or fruits in the mixer. Mixed well until it's crushed.

Add it on the crust and put it in the fridge for 3-6 hours. Better if overnight.
